I didn't know that Askimet exists, until now I was using IP blacklist, sometimes is annoying copying and pasting bad IPs, but hey, I have less viagra posts :) I'm very happy that Askimet exists also for <a href="http://expressionengine.com/" title="ExpressionEngine" rel="nofollow">ExpressionEngine</a>, so I will give him a try :) wow!! When Wordpress installation goes public, use of that little plugin seem to be absolutely necessary =) However, for more popular websites use of Aksimet may be not enough to survive. But when it comes to Wordpress, there should be one great option hidden somewhere in your dashboard, and you know what - actually you can make all the comments that contain more than one single hypertext link go straight to the moderation queue with that option.
